Grant research, proposal writing, review and evaluation are the main services (Choose a service or services for us to render. E-mail us for a cost estimate.) STEP 1. Our first service is a Grant Funding Search:   We will search and  develop a list of potential funding resources for a fee of $50.00 dollars per hour.  The client can set a "not-to-exceed" amount.  We also compose letters of inquiry for the same hourly rate.   STEP 2. Our second service is Grant Proposal Development: Our company will write and develop grants via the Internet.  The service includes consulting, utilizing needs assessments, and brainstorming workable solutions,  as well as cultivating goals and objectives.  We draft an evaluation plan, prepare documents for submission, proof read, submit to the funding source and follow-up.  If applying for foundation, or corporation grants, the fees range from $1000 dollars to $3000 dollars.   If applying for State and Federal grants, the fees begin at $3000 dollars and range to $7000 dollars, depending on the length and complexity of the document. If your organization needs quarterly billing,  this can be arranged.  We also work off a deposit.  We can arrange for contingency or for commission! STEP 3. Our third service is Grant Research: If your organization has a proposal, but not the funding source, our company will locate new sources.  For the same $50.00 dollar per hour fee, we re-write the proposal to fit the new guidelines and re-submit to the new source. STEP 4. Our fourth service is Grant Proposal Review: If your organization wants a completed proposal evaluated prior to submission to the funding source, our company can help.   We proofread it making sure it matches the Request for Proposal and funding guidelines.  We score the proposal, identify weaknesses and make suggestions. The fee is $500.00 dollars to $1500 dollars depending on the complexity. STEP 5.The fifth service is Grant Proposal Evaluation: If your organization wrote a proposal and requires a professional evaluation, we create the appraisal section of the proposal.  For a fee of $3000 to $6000 dollars, we conduct a professional evaluation providing a  summative and/or  formative expression of the data.  Before we begin our services we must have a contract signed by your organization and a deposit.  Normally we do not work for a contingency fee for established NPO/AVO organizations.  However,  we will review your status to determine if a customized service fee is needed.  In these circumstances, a minimum of 40% commission fee will apply for all grants prepared and approved.
